The dinner is a celebration of what we have done and what we can do.

Your dinner will be gourmet, delicious and of course because it's about the water, plant-based. Dinner includes wine parings and local micro-brewed beers and will be comprised of a variety of entrees serve buffet-style.

The decisions we make everyday of what we put on our plate shapes our future. What we choose determines what the farmer grows and how he grows it. Which in the end determines the quantity and quality of our shared water resource.
