What’s growing in our fields…
We grow a diverse variety of organic fruits, vegetables, and specialty mushrooms, starting with tender asparagus and rhubarb in early June and continuing through potatoes, pears, and apples well into the fall harvest season.
Spring: Asparagus, lettuce, arugula, spring onions, and an array of leafy greens — kale, mustard, and spinach — all at their freshest.
Summer: Eggplant, hot and sweet peppers, cherry and slicing tomatoes (including heirloom varieties), beans, summer squash, fragrant basil, onions, and crisp cucumbers.
Fall: Lettuce, mesclun mixes, spinach, winter squash, cabbage, broccoli, onions, potatoes, hardy greens, and garlic for late-season storage.
Winter: In the Central Sands of Wisconsin, we focus on cover crops to protect and replenish the soil, preserving valuable nutrients and steadily building healthier, more resilient ground for the seasons ahead.
How to get our Vegetables…
Our in-season vegetables are available to our CSA members at our farm duing our member farm picnics and dinners or to the public during our special on farm events.
